The Fasting Experiment

I'll be posting here updates and videos about an my water fasting experience . I started the 16th of July 2017 and hopefully I'll be able to realize a 21 days fast . I'm followed by a doctor during this experience , so make you sure you have a medical help if you want to do go through a long fast yourself  .So what are the things that I'll be posting here ?
-Daily updates and videos about my fast and how's it's going 
-The level of physical activity I've done each day 
-My weight and body measurements once every week .
I will also keep my identity secret during this whole thing , but here is a few things about me :you can call me Lola and I'm an 18 years old French student!
