I've been following a meat-based diet  - Carnivore, in my case - since June of 2020.  I have completely reversed or healed from mulitple health conditions, most notably Fibromyalgia.  After nearly 9 years in a wheelchair due to the chronic inflammation and pain, I am able to walk daily without any pain. God continues to work in amazing ways  in my life, and continues to every day. 
I have lost 100 lbs and kept it off.  I have also found great improvement in my IBS symptoms, my anxiety and depression.
