I’m Laura Gunder, your host: an ex-professional ballet dancer turned classical pilates instructor based in NYC. Over the last decade of building my practice, I’ve been on a journey of trial and error, figuring out how to create a sustainable business and take care of my body — while planning for the future in an industry with no set path to success. I'm on a mission to share what I've learned with other teachers, helping them build systems that last.
