Katherine Gluck is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and embodiment guide with a deep reverence for the wisdom of the body. Her practices offer a gentle, grounding space to reconnect with yourself—through breath, movement, and presence. With training in hatha and yin yoga, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing, Katherine weaves practices that meet you where you are and invite you home to yourself. Her teaching invites slowness, curiosity, and trust in the body’s natural rhythms. Expect a blend of mindful movement, moments of stillness, and cues that support self-awareness and inner listening.
