Welcome to the dope black therapist YouTube page!!  This will be a space where you can learn tips, coping skills, exercises, and plenty more when it comes to addressing your mental health.  I’m a divorced single father with 14 years of fire service under my belt that has battled depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, suicide attempts, and I use my experiences to help people work on their own mental health.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate, licensed clinical addictions specialist, and a nationally certified counselor.  Though I may show you techniques that may help, social media is not a substitute for therapy.
