The Daylight District is the creative identity of songwriter Max Nedved Jr.  A world built on contrast and emotional honesty. It’s where intimate folk, atmospheric rock, and cinematic textures come together.

The name reflects the project’s concept: the borderland between what was and what could be.  The space between sunrise and dusk where the hopeful parts of your life meet the haunted ones.  Where memory and imagination overlap.  Each track is a piece of that world, shaped by real experiences, evolving visuals, and a sound that shifts with the story.
