David Calloway | Former Cruise Ship Crew

Hey! My name's David, I spent 14 years behind the Guest Services desk on cruise ships. Mainstream lines, premium lines, luxury lines. I've seen it all.

I just left ship life, and now I'm sharing everything the cruise lines don't tell you — the hidden charges, the free services nobody offers unless you ask, the exact words to say at the desk to get what you're owed.

New video every day (at least I try to haha). If you're planning a cruise, I hope channel will save you money, time, and headaches.
