Last summer we sold/gave away 90% of our belongings and strive for a simpler, less stressful life (we seriously need that!).

Even though it's a roller coaster ride, we've always believed that Life is happening FOR us and not TO us. 

I (Annie) have lived with chronic illness and auto-immune disease all my life. I'm a Spoonie and a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and I believe in healing for myself too.
