Just a man trying to live and love, struggle was real. Especially when you were raised in a narcissist run family that gaslights u2 death. My brother being the main & making my mom and sis into them also. Started at a young age & no one stood up for what was right. I stupidly fell for all tricks. Mom pushed to get j a b in 8/19/2021 Noticed ringing in the ears in quiet, didn't change life completely like a dumbass & kept living. Jan 2022 even with ear plugs severe Tinnitus & Mild Hyperacusis hit due to going to watch my dads band play in a small 12x12 room (they had it cranked way to loud, especially lead guitar highs) & then doctors prescribed ototoxic meds & push CBT & sound therapy. Tinnitus now reacts to all sounds & has stolen all my coping tools. Tinnitus can ring you off the planet. Rest from sound & avoid meds especially if it becomes unstable. I love you all!!
