I am from the US but live in Australia. 

I live with autoimmune disease.  I share what I practice to support me through chronic illness.  The practices help us chill and relax the nervous system. 

I guide sound and meditation in Melbourne, Australia and online. Since 2017, I have guided over 100,000 people around the globe. I also guide corporate sessions.

I am a photographer and entrepreneur. I love dogs. And will travel for croissants.
