Affirmations. Meditations. Sound.

Hi, I'm Tara, creator of The Daily Tonic channel. This is your place for positive affirmations, sound baths and meditations.

Affirmations help us focus on the good. The sound vibrations from singing bowls help relax the nervous system. These meditations help us feel abundant in all areas of life - love, health, money, career. Align to your highest self.
