The Dad in the Glass

I’m Joel — a 41 year-old husband and father of four testing what it takes to stay strong, athletic and capable through the second half of life — all while trying to show up for the people who depend on me.

This channel is about more than looking fit. I’ll test physical standards, training methods and real-world challenges while navigating fatherhood, marriage, work and everything else competing for a dad’s time.

No fake transformations. No pretending I have life figured out. Just honest experiments, measurable results and the occasional reminder that getting older doesn’t mean becoming less capable.

Subscribe if you’re not ready to coast through the second half.
