Crystle Johnson | We Ain't Dying For This

After years working inside global companies in leadership and culture roles, I began noticing a pattern I now call underbelonging. High-achieving Black women were succeeding in rooms that were never truly designed for them.

Eventually, I reached my own breaking point. I stepped away from corporate life, took time to reset my nervous system, and began asking a different question: what does it actually look like to live, not just survive?

Now based in Merida, Mexico, I’m documenting that journey.

This channel explores what happens when Black women choose themselves. Through conversations, reflections, and stories of women leaving corporate, moving abroad, and redesigning their lives, we explore new ways of living and belonging.

I’m also the founder of Kinory, a community and experience platform helping Black women move from underbelonging to real connection.
