The Country School - Madison, CT

Founded in 1955, The Country School is a private coed day school serving families across New Haven and Middlesex counties, PreS through Grade 8. Our motto, "A World Built for Students, So They Can Take on the World," guides a curriculum built on inquiry, knowledge, and character development for every child.

We livestream our concerts, musicals, poetry recitations, and graduation, showing what our Signature Programs build over time: leaders who take initiative, thinkers fluent in science, technology, engineering, art, and math, and speakers whose confidence started with a poem recited in Kindergarten. Our goal: make these celebrations of learning accessible to everyone.
