I worked in the field of intergenerational trauma, addictions, and parenting for over 25 years and have a Masters Degree in Family Studies.  I am a woman's empowerment facilitator, PSy(h3del!c guide and mentor. Here, I have meditations, visualizations, EFT/ tapping and breathwork to heal your lineage so YOU can be the WHOLE hearted mother you needed and deserved as a child. My mission is to work with women to heal their generational wounds through a compassionate, trauma informed, inclusive lens. I use feminine practices, somatic healing and subconscious reprogramming modalities so that they feel nurtured while they are on their healing journey
