Laurie Light is a multidimensional healer in Mt. Shasta who guides people into altered states of consciousness through sound frequency, breathwork, and energetic recalibration—awakening transformation beyond talk therapy or surface-level searching. Our VibroAcoustic Therapy sound lounge serves as the doorway into this work.  Deeper journeys such as past life regression, guided breathwork, cacao or tea ceremony, personalized sound baths, or shamanic drum journeys are available online and in person.
