Nubian Narcissistic Abuse ICU channel is an online Self-Help/Support for Nubian Super Empaths. An Empath(ess) Hiatus-To-Heal Handbook from Narcissistic Abuse via podcast, video, livestream and blog post.

On this channel I talk about topics that pertain to the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, financial well-being of  black women. Including, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Sexual Assault & Narcissistic Abuse. I am also a Survivor. This channel will be an online Memoir of those experiences. It’s also an (online) chronicle of my own healing journey. Ironically, I've encountered more Narcissists on YouTube, than I have my entire existence, on the planet! 

The majority of  the black "community" rationalizes, the abuse and exploitation of black women.  Victim blaming, while providing PROTECTION & EXONERATION(even when GUILTY) for the PERPETRATOR(S). Consequently, resulting in a "Pick Me" Archetype susceptible to abusers. This channel will spread awareness to AT RISK, black women.
