It starts with small changes. I started to shift my mindset and habits a little bit each day so that I could feel my best and pursue God with all of my body.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and have studied with Michelle Thielen and Dana Moore during my teacher training. I hold my certifications as a 200 HR YTT, physical therapist assistant, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation specialist.
