The Champlain Shoregasm

Hailed as "the best folk/punk band this side of Lake Champlain"; we're a quirky, high-energy, multi-generational, folk/punk duet based in Burlington, Vermont.

Comprised of Maya Sun Robedee-Molino (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar), and Rory Goodale (Backup Vocals/Lead Guitar), we are inspired by 60's folk music, and 80's punk rock and shoegaze. Original music includes upbeat crowd faves Trans Aliens, As the World Comes Apart, and Queen Bee, as well as the moody alt ballads Flowers for Lorelai, and I Don't Think So. Covers include rearrangements of artists such as Radio Head,  The Violent Femmes,  and The Mountain Goats.

We've graced the stages of the historic Cafeè Lena, Vermont's The Underground, and Despacito, and appeared at  events all over VT, and in the New England area and beyond. We've also been featured on WBKM.org's "Sounds of Burlington".
