A small-town minded musician, Scott Fate, makes a bold and rash decision to leave behind his small-town life of family and friends, in Fall Creek, WI and follow his dreams of making it as a famous musician in Big City, Eau Claire,Wisconsin.

While hitch-hiking on his journey, Scott is picked up by Filmmaker, Dean James who is also on his way to Eau Claire, WI in search for a story to film. After learning of Scott's dreams and aspirations of making it Big City Eau Claire, They decide to stop at a local tavern called "The BOTTLE" Dean convinces Scott to let him make a documentary of his journey and believes they were brought together by Fate to both making it the big city of Eau Claire, WI.
