The Body Image Therapist

Hey Everyone, I am Jordan and this channel is all about mental health, body image and boosting self-esteem

I am a mental health therapist with six years of clinical education. I am also a writer, cleft palate survivor, traveler and Instagrammer. I started this channel to make professional tips for improving mental health and confidence accessible to everyone, without having to pay costly fees. Everyone deserves to feel great, understand emotions and have tools to feel better! I am also passionate about helping young people with cleft lip or disabilities who need support or encouragement in their journey!
