THE BIRD DOG THREE

 The Bird Dog Three is a semi-acoustic trio comprising three highly experienced players, all of whom  have been playing and performing for many years.

 We play a our unique versions of blues standards together with our own material.  We feature three part vocals with harmonies, intricate guitar picking, blues harp and slide guitar.  Our music uses traditional blues as a basis and aims at being both mellow, relaxing and foot stomping lively.

Featured in our repertoire are our versions of songs by artists as diverse as: Howling Wolf, Bob Dylan and Leadbelly - to name but a few.  Also our own compositions, all written within that genre.  

  We can rock out or mellow down, depending on the mood of the song and the audience and provide an evening of great entertainment.
