The Be Real Be Well Project

Welcome to The Be Real, Be Well Project!  My hope is to offer videos that will allow you,  your family or your students to learn about, reflect on and discuss many mental health topics. Some of my videos feature students who offer their authentic and unrehearsed thoughts about their own experiences. But I also include short reels that offer simple and insightful nuggets that will hopefully empower and inspire you to support yourself with healthy mental health practices.
