The Before I Do Method

Premarital conversations for every couple. The Before I Do Method™ helps engaged and seriously dating couples talk through what shapes a marriage before the wedding: communication, conflict, money, family and in-laws, intimacy, faith and culture, children, and the life you are building together.

Videos are led by Olivia L. Baylor, LCPC, a licensed counselor, author of The Before I Do Method™ Guide and Workbook, and founder of My Mental Health University®. Every kind of couple is welcome: LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, interfaith, interracial, and blended families.
