Used as an outlet for Chef/Pitmaster Austin Sokol to teach as well as inspire others through creating unique and mouthwatering dishes. Having opened Blazing BEAST BBQ, which originally started as a catering company in the early months of 2021 and to now launching a food trailer/mobile kitchen in the mid months of 2022, Austin created what was missing in the local neighborhoods of South Florida.
