The Bearded Tit

The Bearded Tit is a neighbourhood queer bar and creative space in Redfern, NSW in so-called Australia. It has over the years,  become not just a bar, but an institution which unwaveringly supports artists and diverse communities. For many in the queer, Indigenous, CaLD and POC community, this space has proven to be a sanctuary where they can be themselves. For the creative souls and artists that exhibit or perform here, they are able to do so in the company of their peers in a culturally safe space.
