The Barre Relevé

The Barre Relevé workouts are an elevated barre experience mainly using  the science of time under tension (TUT) and tempo training that revs up your metabolism to sculpt and shred your body! 

All done in a way that leaves you feeling energized and not exhausted!

Many of the barre classes can be done without equipment, without a barre and some workouts without even leaving the floor.  

Each barre class is carefully crafted providing quality instruction so that you can tune into the needs of your body getting the  most out each movement.  Many classes offer additional technique instructions, giving you the feel of having a personal training session from the comfort of your home.
