The Banned Tape

The Banned Tape uncovers the stories behind hip-hop, celebrity legal battles, criminal cases, music industry disputes, and controversial events that rarely get the full picture.

From court records and legal documents to contracts, lawsuits, trials, and the stories behind some of hip-hop’s biggest names, we separate what actually happened from what everyone thinks happened.

We investigate the cases involving artists like Gunna, Young Thug, Kodak Black, Kanye West, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Eminem, and more.

Every episode goes beyond the headline to examine the documents, timelines, decisions, and evidence behind the story.

The Banned Tape — the record tells a different story.
