Theatre Prometheus is a group of directors, designers, actors, writers, and artists based in Washington, D.C. Producing both classic and contemporary works, we share a goal of exploring and promoting women-focused, diverse narratives. 

We believe in the power of local theater and are committed to providing opportunities to local artists, creating productions both by and for the communities we live in.
