The Athletic Recovery Centre

The Athletic Recovery Centre is a post-training recovery centre offering medically proven techniques and technologies to assist with post training recovery. Our main facility is based in Gardens with another branch located in De Waterkant, offering daily access to sports recovery equipment and access to skilled physio and sports massage therapists.

Our services include sports massage therapy, ice bath chillers, infrared sauna, self-service recovery stations powered by Hyperice, pneumatic compression boots, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation as well as contrast therapy. Our online booking system allows you to book 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute sports massage therapy with our skilled team of sports massage therapists.
