The Arcadeans

A hard-hitting, fun, and energetic Irish rock band with a retro charm and a very personal touch. Think Thin Lizzy meets Green Day. The band has evolved over the years from the melodic pop roots of Big Blue, to today, with much edgier retro Marshall Plexi guitar sound of 99 Reasons, while always maintaining energy, fun and “make you smile and enjoy the journey” focus with our audience.
The Arcadeans, resident in Cork take their name from the famous Cork music venue called The Arcadia Ballroom, known locally as The Arc. Hosting some of the worlds famous bands in the 60s and 70s, The Kinks, XTC, Rory Gallagher, U2, Pink Floyd, The Who, The Arcadeans follow their music styles, blending a more modern rock sound while maintaining a retro 60s and 70s vibe
