John Joubert

AI First Founder is where I share what I’m learning while building AI agents and the infrastructure they need to do real, verifiable work.

I’m John, a technical founder and former GitHubber. Expect founder field notes, product experiments, agent-native software, AI infrastructure, customer lessons, and honest breakdowns of what works, what fails, and what I learn along the way.
