The AI Argument

A weekly clash of ideas where Frank Prendergast and Justin Collery argue about the latest chaos in artificial intelligence. Fast paced, slightly chaotic, and full of sharp opinions on how AI is reshaping work, society, and the economy.

Frank is the cautious realist who wants regulation, worries about existential risk, and believes superhuman systems demand serious guardrails. Justin is the optimistic innovator who sees most problems as engineering challenges and wants fewer rules and more progress.

Expect lively debates on frontier models, AGI, safety, hallucinations, copyright, robotics, job displacement, and whether AI will spark growth or demand a Universal Thriving Income. The tensions are real, the humour is frequent, and the insights are worth sticking around for.
