I’m Mandy, and recently I moved from the United States to the Netherlands after leaving my “dream job” as a VP to start my own business and build a different kind of life.

When I told people, the most common response was, “That’s the dream.”

So this channel is about what happens when you actually try it.

Some videos are about life in the Netherlands. Some are about leaving a familiar life behind and figuring out how to build something new. Some are about starting a business and second-guessing every decision you make. And some are just the small things I notice along the way.

Mostly, this is a real-time record of an experiment—what life looks like when you start making choices a little more intentionally, and what it actually takes to “live the dream.”
