Leigh Ann is the Founder of The Accrescent, a mental health and emotional wellness practice. Through her practice, she supports clients in-person and remotely through 1:1 neuro-transformational coaching, EVOX Therapy (voice mapping + biofeedback technology), The Accrescent Podcast, and The Uplevel Lab.

Her ultimate goal is to help individuals identify and release the emotional and subconscious barriers keeping them stuck in limiting patterns and/or poor health so that they can step into more joy, peace, and alignment in their lives.

She brings a blend of lenses and modalities to her practice including subconscious work, somatic experiencing, nervous system support, neurolinguistic programming, EVOX therapy, and more. While she works with a wide variety of clients, chronic illness and cancer are two areas of specialty.
