The Parkinson's Exercise and Wellness Center

The Parkinson's Exercise and Wellness Center (PEWC) is a unique nonprofit facility dedicated entirely to fighting Parkinson's Disease with research-backed exercise and wellness programs. We offer a number of programs, including Rock Steady Boxing, Parkinson's Wellness Recovery, dance, Mat Pilates, and a one-of-a-kind program, Parkinson's--Art of Expression (PARTE), which utilizes the tools of theatre to target the motor and nonmotor symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.

As a gym, we offer both in-person and Zoom classes, as well as personal training opportunities. The PEWC is based in Overland Park, KS in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
