The 40+ Collective

Welcome! I’m Cookie Taylor and I created The 40+ Collective because I genuinely know what it's like to go from feeling lost, broken, stuck and depressed to feeling excited and motivated about what's to come. I believe midlife isn’t a crisis, it’s an opportunity to change - and it’s way more fun when we do it together. 

My aim is to make The 40+ Collective a light-hearted but supportive online space where people of 40+ come together to swap stories and help each other to reconnect with ourselves and go from feeling 'stuck' to feeling motivated again. It'll be about personal growth, wellbeing, mindset, life changes, confidence, achieving goals and creating a fulfilling next chapter.

Join me in building this friendly community through the ups and downs, tears and giggles and occasional squabbles no doubt (well, this is the internet 🙄) as we navigate the next phase of life.
