Welcome to The Chef Next Door! 👩🏽‍🍳✨

I'm Niyi, a storyteller turned culinary student, documenting my journey from curiosity to competence—one meal, one mistake, and one lesson at a time.

This channel is where food meets stories. You'll find cooking experiments, culinary school adventures, kitchen lessons, food science discoveries, behind-the-scenes moments, and the honest realities of learning the art and science of cooking.

I don't have it all figured out, and that's the beauty of it. Here, we celebrate growth, progress over perfection, and the courage to show up even when things aren't perfect.

Whether you're an aspiring chef, a food lover, or someone simply trying to survive in the kitchen, you're welcome here.

So pull up a chair, grab a spoon, and come along for the journey.

New videos every week.

With all my love, The Chef Next Door ❤️
