That Smoothie Life

Want to take your smoothies to the next level? I have been a superfood smoothie and nutrition enthusiast for the past decade. My passion has allowed me to make a living as a nutrition educator and field marketer in natural consumer packaged goods. Whether you want a breakfast smoothie, a meal replacement shake, or a new superfood recipe, you'll find them here!

That Smoothie Life began as a Corona Quarantine family project, with husband doing the videography and wife writing the text. Our newborn baby provides inspiration for creating a stronger, healthier humanity. Our initial goal is to make 100 smoothie videos! From our kitchen to yours, here comes a daily remainder of nutrient dense foods - and delicious, healthy smoothies!
