✨ Welcome to That Girl Shep — where we're becoming her in real life.

I'm documenting what it looks like to rebuild, refocus, and create a life I actually love — one promise, one habit, and one day at a time.

Here you'll find real-life conversations about discipline, confidence, personal growth, money, creativity, and finding joy in everyday life. From 5AM mornings and working a 9-to-5 to journaling, budgeting, paint-by-numbers, self-care, and those random grown-woman moments nobody prepares you for — we're figuring it out together.

🔒 Right now, I'm taking on The Great Lock In: 100 Days of Keeping Promises to Myself.

No perfection. No pretending I have it all figured out. Just a grown woman becoming the woman she said she wanted to be — in real time.

If you're rebuilding, reinventing, or simply ready to show up differently for yourself, you're in the right place.
