Tha Gudz by Gladys Faye

We are all teachers by nature, even if we don’t always realize it. I’m here to share what I’ve learned in the ‘Lab’ (aka the kitchen 🥘) through both past experience and what I’m experimenting with now. From the ingredients, to the prep, to the final meal, I’ll walk you through how cooking can be fun, flavorful, and freeing.

Beyond food, I’m passionate about ✈️ travel, 🍽 good meals, and 💃🏿 time freedom. Here you’ll find a mix of meal prep inspiration, lifestyle tips, and glimpses of my journey to design a life filled with wellness, freedom, and journeys. Come along for the ride, you’ll leave full, inspired, and ready to create your own flavor-filled freedom!

I recently released my digital guide, Eat Better Without Giving Up What You Love, created for beginners who want to go plant-forward without pressure or perfection. You can download your copy below.
