Andrea McGilvray the Texas  Fly Girl

Andrea McGilvray is a Certified Flight Instructor, A&P/IA, and aerobatic competitor who teaches tailwheel, basic aerobatics, Upset Training and Recovery (UTRP), and spin training in the Decathlon and Extra. Her mission is to build confident, skilled pilots through safe, hands-on instruction.

Andrea believes every achievement begins with a dream, but dreams only become reality through action. Fear fades with proper training, experience, and encouragement. Throughout her aviation journey, she has learned that the greatest gift a mentor can give is believing in a student. That belief builds confidence, develops sound judgment, and inspires pilots to accomplish more than they ever thought possible. Her goal is to be that mentor for every student she teaches.
