Tessa | moving through change

I teach mindful yoga for wellbeing and bone health, with a focus on breath-led, steady movement. I’m a trained Yoga4Health teacher and can deliver the PCI-accredited course through NHS and self-referrals in community settings.

I also share reflections on wellbeing, home, community and change. Through writing and organisational work, I’m interested in how people move through life transitions, and the role that services, communities and places play in those experiences.
