My name is Terry Sanchez, I have been in The Real Estate business since 1998. Joining real estate has been the best decision I have ever made. In 2001, I decided it was time to open my own company, this was my kick off success. Just like anyone staring a business there were challenges but having this type of challenges is what pushed me to do better and motivate me, I grew stronger and more proactive. I raise my four kids as a single mother, they are my motivation and inspiration that keep me moving forward. In 2005, I constructed my own building and by 2006 my company was up and running, 10 years later was time for me to sale when the market was in the highest and interest historical low.
