Terakafet Sessions

Terakafet Sessions — Tuareg Desert Blues, Tishoumaren guitar and hypnotic Saharan music.

Long-form instrumental sessions built around interlocking Tuareg-style electric guitars, tinde rhythms, deep cyclical bass and the raw, spacious sound of the Sahara.

The music draws from Desert Blues, Tishoumaren, Tuareg music, Saharan guitar and African blues, combining repetitive guitar patterns, hand percussion, warm analogue character and subtle psychedelic textures.

Some sessions explore neighbouring West African rhythms and 1970s influences, while the core sound remains rooted in hypnotic Saharan guitar music.

Terakafet Sessions is made for listeners who love Tuareg guitar, Desert Blues and long-form instrumental music — whether you're listening closely, driving, reading, working or letting the music run late into the night.

Original music. New sessions released regularly.
