Taniesa Christina Velez is the founder and principal attorney at Velez Law, PLLC. She began her career working in boutique law firms specializing in personal injury, family law, criminal law, and civil litigation in San Diego, California. Ms. Velez has participated in complex civil litigation issues and assisted in personal injury cases that left clients severely injured at the hands of companies and government entities.

Ms. Velez earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating under the fast track program in two years. In her second year of law school, she successfully earned Honors for a paper that outlined the problems and legal solutions for men and women who are victims of domestic violence. Although she continued a fast track through law school while working for two law firms, that did not stop her from earning her way onto the Dean’s List.
