The Tee to Mat Community

Hi, I’m Holly. I’m a qualified yoga teacher, sports massage therapist, athlete performance lifestyle advisor and former professional golfer. I want to help golfers move better, relieve tension, build flexibility and mobility through accessible yoga. Whether you’re short on time or looking to improve performance, my sessions on here are designed for real life, not just the mat.

Just bring yourself, some blocks (just in case) and a mat!
