The Residency Lab

The Residency Lab (formerly known as the CA Teacher Residency Lab) is one of the CDE Foundation's statewide programs focused on serving as a conduit for California teacher residency programs to easily access a constellation of supports based on ongoing assessments of development and need. Our mission is to build a system of teacher residencies in California that transforms the teacher workforce.
