The Mindful Dancer Yoga with Tammy

Welcome to The Mindful Dancer Yoga with Tammy!

I'm Tammy Dyke-Compton—a yoga teacher, dancer, choreographer, upcoming author, and university dance professor passionate about helping people move with strength, awareness, and compassion.

This channel offers yoga flows, mobility, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement to build strength, flexibility, resilience, and well-being. My classes emphasize injury prevention, functional movement, core stability, and the mind-body connection, helping you move with greater awareness and intention.

Many videos are filmed in beautiful locations, including Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School & Camp in the Colorado mountains, bringing nature into your practice.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you're welcome here. Subscribe and join our mindful movement community.

Move with intention. Breathe with awareness. Live with compassion.
