I’m Verity, and I’m obsessed with building creator brands 🎀🪩 It started in 2017 managing Grace Beverley, where we launched TALA and I fell in love with building IP beyond content. I’ve since done it with Olivia Neill (securing her exclusive Spotify podcast) and solo during lockdown with a DTC candle brand that generated £30k and landed features in Sheerluxe, Stylist, Cosmo, Glamour and Popsugar.

I couldn’t leave the influencer space - I wanted to rewrite the rules with more transparency and treat creators like business owners. I started sharing everything on TikTok, growing a 60k+ community.

Since hiring my first team in 2022, we’ve been building creator IP again - plus our own chart-topping podcast. My leadership style is intentional (10% employee-owned, flexible working, high trust).
