Reversing the Aging Project: Cellular Longevity

Imagine thriving at 100 while using real data to guide better daily decisions. This channel documents the Reversing the Aging Project and the system we are building: an Excel-driven Avatar Coach (our "Excel Girl") for personalized health support.

Our data pipeline pulls customer activity from Apple Health plus scale measurements, then organizes progress into three core Excel sheets: Scale, Food, and Exercise. We log daily customer inputs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, meal timing, workouts, and body metrics.

The Avatar Coach asks guided questions, records answers, and gives day-by-day recommendations based on each customer’s past history and current trend direction. The goal is practical guidance customers can use today, not generic advice.

We are also turning this into a gamified system so customers can play, stay consistent, and level up healthier habits over time.
